Set within the historic Seattle neighborhood of Mt. Baker, our goal with this new build was to blend a Scandinavian design sensibility with nods to traditional Tudor architecture. The result is a home with modern sensibilities that remains sensitive to the historic nature of its surroundings. Steep pitches, dormers and traditional shapes and a complete landscape renovation all lended a hand in achieving the desired effect.
